I love everything except the stairs

I couldn't wait to leave a positive review about this place! The property manager made my whole move-in process so much easier. ... I hit a few snags along the way but presented my problems to her and she took the time to look for ways to help! Problems solved now I'm in my beautiful apartment. Also, the paperwork can be a bit tedious but the manager helped me with that too! The older reviews gave me cause for concern at first, but that's just what they are old reviews this place meets beyond my expectations. The only problem is I live on the 4th floor with no elevator but we're often told nonthing's perfect right?! So there it is! Read More about I love everything except the stairs

I have moved here when they have first got build,the management here before was rude but now everyone is nice and they work ... hard in getting things done for us ,management is great, its quiet and nice out here, l love being here they have wonderful things for us ,love my apartment,Ryan and tara is doing a great job,Tanya as well Read More about Riversedges

Great Place to Live

Rivers Edge is a great place to live. The environment is very quiet and the staff are very friendly, patient and nice. The ... property is a safe place for children and artist. Maintenance is consistent, effective and timely and parking is great. If anyone is an Artist of any sort and not ready to buy or rent a house...Rivers Edge is a GREAT place to live, because the mission and vision of the development is geared to support artist from all walks of life. Last, but not least, although Rivers Edge is still growing and revamping their programs and customer service delivery style the transition seems to be running smoothly and seems very accommodating to new and existing residents. Overall, as a fairly new resident, I believe Rivers Edge support the vision of Artist and is always seeking residential volunteers to host and/or support apartment/community events.
